PRODUCTION
The spirit is single pass pot distilled exclusively in Downtown Los Angeles and does not contain re-distilled heads or tails using a low and slow distillation and fermentation processes which creates our base award-winning white rum. We then barrel age for twelve months in single use American white oak bourbon barrels. The barrels were charred three times which brings out spiced and smokey accents in the finished product.

Our water is a clean neutral pallet to allow the ingredients to take center stage. We
achieve this by removing any mineral flavors through our three-phase filtration process
– deionization, reverse osmosis, and water softening.
PALATE
Caramelized plantain, vanilla spice with a slight viscous quality and a smooth mouth feel.
INGREDIENTS
American Black Strap Molasses from the state of Louisiana.
NOSE
Earthy nose with spice and fruit qualities.
FINISH
Long, complex, and smokey finish with light lingering heat.
